CONSULTING
I choose to do most of my work with nonprofits, so I am familiar with and understand the challenges in the field. My approach is more accessible because I take the time to get to know you, your organization, and the nature of the work you do.

I have led capacity building and organizational development initiatives, steered major change management efforts, developed new programs, designed and conducted strategic planning, facilitated creative problem solving sessions, coached leaders through challenging times, and led efforts to achieve sustainability of at-risk programs.
Nothing is more rewarding to me than working with clients to address a challenge through a customized approach. I always strive for that something extra that will create a rewarding experience.

Half-day or full-day pricing or an hourly rate available.
You may need support in designing and facilitating a community meeting, a problem solving session, or a Board meeting. You may need someone to manage a longer effort such as designing a new process or defining your operational plans. If you need exceptional planning, an engaging facilitation, and the final product professionally developed, I will meet those expectations.

$30,000 with 25% nonprofit discount ($22,500) for full scope.
A traditional strategic planning process includes gathering stakeholder feedback; affirming, revising, or writing mission and vision statements; articulating core values; completing a SWOT analysis and identification of assumptions; and developing a robust plan with measurements around strategic priorities. Your organization may need it all, or scoped to meet your needs. This entire process can be accomplished virtually, but I am happy to provide some or all of the work in person.

Following an organizational assessment, I work with your team to identify a plan to address your greatest needs. I stay with you through your “kick-off” meetings and provide project management support. Many of these efforts are funded through Foundations and I encourage you to look for supportive funding, or you can contract with me directly.

Your organizational design needs to align with what you are working to achieve. I have served as an organizational development consultant independently and on multiple Foundation-sponsored long-term efforts.

Sometimes you just need to design something new for your staff or clients. I can drive the effort from start to finish to ensure successful implementation. I can also develop the supportive written documentation or tools.

$200/hour with 30% nonprofit discount, $140/hour.
My approach to coaching is to meet an individual or team where they are and build upon strengths while working to mitigate the effect of weaknesses. I utilize a combination of assessments from Matrix Insights that includes a robust development platform. My Coaching Philosophy will guide our work together.

I design training on behalf of your organization (usually offered to the community or your clients) to include training materials, training “script,” and guidance.

Full Day experience: $5,000. Half Day experience: $3,800. A 25% nonprofit discount is available.
There are times when you want to pull your Board and/or staff together for something different. Together, we will develop desired outcomes and how you want the experience to feel, and then I’ll design and facilitate to achieve those goals. Available in person or virtually.
